Review on " The Pursuit Of Happyness"

"The Pursuit of Happiness" is a 2006 American biographical drama film directed by Gabriele Muccino and starring Will Smith as Chris Gardner, a homeless salesman. 

This movie is based on the lifestyle of American Businessman and Motivational Speaker Chris Gardner and depicits the struggle faced by Chris and his son after being evicted from home to journey of being a successfull businessman.

Chris used to live with his son and  wife. He used to sell portable bone density scanner for running his livelihood. The machine was so much expensive he could barely sell one or two of them monthly which unfortunately led him to huge suffering. One day on the way, he saw a man on red Ferrari and asked him "What do you do?, "How do you do it?" . The man answered "I am stockbroker" and quality you must have as a stockbroker is "To be good with number and people". Hearing the mans words he became strongly determined to grab a job in the same company and be successful.

 

 On the other side, his wife left him because of struggle they were facing.  Then he applied  for intern at Stock Brokerage firm. He and his son were even evicted from home just because they were not being able to pay rent. Being a single homeless father, he managed time to look after son, to earn money, and give his best being a determined person. He never gave up on his life, and his hope one day turned into delightful achievement. Despite of every difficulty he faced in life, he never lost hope and  was  one out of twenty who got selected from intern and got job at stockbrokerage firm. He finally achieved his goal because of his perseverance, started career as astockbroker at dean writter, suceed to became an investor and finally a businessman.

This is a really an inspiring movie to watch. After watching this movie the lessons I have learned are:

1) Never Give Up

2) Work hard and be determined

3) Seize your opportunities

4) Be kind 

5) Have faith on yourself

6) Don't ever let anyone tell you, you can't do something . You have got a dream to acheive and you are the one who can protect it. People who don't have courage to acheive their dreams are the one who keep telling you to let go of your dreams .

This is really a transformative movie. I highly recommend you to watch this movie. Tomorrow may be late so, watch it today.
